A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE ATTITUDES IN DENMARK AND THE UNITED KINGDOM TOWARDS DISABLED ADULTS, I
Denmark and the UK are both members of the European Union and are therefore bound by the same European legislation. The purpose of this research is to investigate the key differences between the interpretation and implementation of the EC Equal Treatment in Employment and Occupation Directive 2000/78/EC in the two countries, and to ask whether any differences can be attributed to a general difference in attitude towards inequality between the UK and Denmark.
