The SuperAbile Integrated Contact Center rises, too, as hypothesis of "continuous workshop of diversity over the territory". So, it tries to find the involvement and contamination even in places and contexts which, ordinarily, are not involved in the problems of social integration of people with special needs or people who haven't developed such routes and projects to really give rise to a cultural change.
In a sense, Superabile initiative addresses to common people, too, through capillary involvement by little volunteers' associations, spontaneous groups, parish churches and schools, in the perspective of a network intervention, with the proposal and the development of participation moments in spaces and times, even of limited dimensions compared to the national dimension.
One tries to develop routes of proliferation of the results of this Service, with a continuous animation over the territory aimed on the themes of independent living and social and cultural integration of people with disability.
The basic idea is that to bring the SuperAbile Integrated Contact Center among the common people and, through show initiatives, sports and public meetings, spread the most deep results of the Service, id est real routes and instruments ("invented" and proved by the daily telephone contact with people having special needs, families, associations, civil administrations) of social integration and dialogue of diversities, useful bricks to build a world compatible with each person, not despite of his/her specific diversity, but starting from it.
The aim is to activate an integrated system of intervention on various territories, non-formal, respectful of each one identity, available for dialogue and attentive to value "diversity" as innovative aspect of the system, as creative variable in resolving structural-social and cultural problems of the territory.
Through confrontation and knowledge of territory realities, to activate new knots, by hetero-organized and self-organized processes. To make merge the networks represented by volunteer groups, associations, forms of mutual help, new road and local experiences mediating conflicts, into a "continuous workshop" which puts into action and communicates whenever one has to value the territory, give answer to a need, involve the community.
Using the means of listening and confrontation, becoming a flexibility tool, id est multiplying ideas and anticipating new resources, building routes of active citizenship.
The volunteer, the co-operator, the public and private operator, the "active citizen", in the "Continuous workshop of diversity over the territory", becomes the director, the prime mover of networks of resources and the coordinator of other social actors; at the same time he/she is the "sensor" of the territory, able to guess possible contacts and all that is rising as experimentation, attempt, youth gathering.
The "tacit knowledge" of the operator (the individual, unconscious, that which makes him solve a problem without knowing why, but that, often, turns into a collective knowing) may become explicit, communicable if the "social operator" becomes the one who activates resources, mover of energies and processes, "linking" agent.
The CONTINUOUS WORKSHOP does not want to be only a sporadic meeting moment of diversities over the territory, a spontaneous playful-recreational-socializing activity, but an occasion to build and promote a network, a non-formal network of them who daily operate to promote routes, to value diversities and guarantee rights of citizenship to people with disabilities.
To create non-formal occasions, better if in a playful and socializing context, to meet and discuss, confrontate, measure, know, communicate each other.
To create meeting moments, occasions where the active citizen, common people, social co-operation, associations and public operators may meet and confrontate, promote their experiences, letting know their routes, motivations, results, services, good examples by which, daily, every day, from years, they operate to overcome diversities, to fight against prejudices, to promote rights of citizenship and the fall of structural and cultural barriers which often impede, even nowadays, autonomy and same opportunities for people with disabilities.
Similarly, to value spaces without a precise identity, where common people daily aggregation happens , to give everybody the opportunity to express dreams, wishes, expectations and frustrations, learning the force of dialogue and the beauty of contamination.
The days of meeting with the territory aim to promote a "continuous workshop of diversity in the territory", through which to value cultural, historical, artistic activities of the territory, to let know goods and services produced by the active citizenship and by the actors of social politics, to begin a route of animation of local groups, to let participate and involve the citizens, the local area, to overcome the prejudice and fear of the "different".
