Medical service , under the agreement with the regional health service, addressed to all workers injured at work or suffering from occupational disease, throughout the period of total temporary disability. The benefit consists in:
• Diagnostic tests
• Outpatient physiatric specialized tests in the field of rehabilitation, in order to improve the mental and physical conditions of the person
When
• In case of medical check-up at the emergency unit, after having received the service at the same emergency unit.
• In case of hospitalization, after hospital discharge.

The prosthesis centre of Budrio and its subsidiary carries out pre and post prosthesis rehabilitation for injured at work and assisted by National Health Service.

Accredited by the National Health Service, delivers health services of intensive rehabilitation on the basis of hospitalization, day hospital and semi-residence both to the victims of accidents at work and to the beneficiaries of the National Health Service.
The center is located inside the hospital of Volterra.
