TITLE IV INTERVENTIONS OF SUPPORT

Art. 44 The interventions of support for reintegration into social life

This Title regulates the interventions of support for the reintegration of the injured at work employees and victims of occupational disease into social life as well as it provides information for their family members

Art. 45 Types of interventions of support for the reintegration into social life

Within each category specific types of measures were identified.

Art.45 A, Measures of support for the person

Guidance, support and development of personal potentials

Art.45 B, Measures of support for autonomy

Development of autonomy in everyday life. To prepare the insured and his family to get back home.

Art. 45 C, Measures for the integration and re-socialization

To provide the insured who have greater difficulties for insertion in labor market, with employment and socialization experiences.

Art. 45 D, Measures to facilitate reinsertion into work

To provide greater knowledge to the insured about the educational and re-employment opportunities available in the territory.

To give the insured the ability to practice sports at competitive and non-competitive levels.
