• Article 5, Identification of technical devices
  This Title regulates the supply of technical devices
• Article 6, Mode of supply
  prescription, authorization provision, delivery and testing
• Article 7, Prescription of technical devices referred to in subparagraphs a) and b) of art. 5
  The prescription of technical devices referred to in subparagraphs a) and b) of art. 5 is under competence and responsibility of the Medical Director of INAIL territorially competent office

  For custom devices ("custom-made") "not included" (extra tariff) in the "Nomenclature",
• Article 13, Mode of delivery of technical devices
  time limits, specific for each category of devices
• Article 14, Rental of non-custom-made technical aids and devices
  Stipulated contracts must provide for the maintenance, sanitation and timely repair or replacement of devices throughout the renting/allocation period
